           สำหรับประเทศภาคีสมาชิกในกลุ่ม Article 5 นี้ แบ่งโดยการประชุมประเทศภาคีฯ หมายถึง ประเทศกำลังพัฒนา

Annex A – Group I: Chlorofluorocarbons (CFC-11, CFC-12, CFC-113, CFC-114 and CFC-115)
