• Refrigerator Sector Foam Sector The fund received from the Multilateral Fund to assist foam industry is 11,639,266 US dollars to implement foam project between 1993- 2000. This project is also in form of individual projects with totaling 59 beneficiaries which are subsidized to replace their foam blowing agent from CFCs to alternatives such as HCFC-141b, water and liquid carbon dioxide etc. The result from these individual projects is 2,296.1 ODP tonnes of ODS phased out. |
