1Base Year Level คือ เกณฑ์กำหนดในการควบคุมปริมาณการใช้สารทำลายชั้นบรรยากาศโอโซน / Base Year Level is the criteria for controlling amounts of ODSs consumptions.
2Freeze คือ การควบคุมปริมาณการใช้ให้เท่ากับค่า Base Year Level / Freeze is the control at the base year level
3สำหรับประเทศไทยห้ามนำเข้าตั้งแต่ 1 มกราคม 2010 / Thailand must ban the import of these substances since 1 January 2010 onwards.
4หลังปี 2030 ยังคงยอมให้ใช้ในปริมาณ 2.5 % สำหรับภาคบริการซ่อมบำรุงตู้เย็นและเครื่องปรับอากาศจนถึงปี 2040
5สำหรับประเทศไทยห้ามนำเข้าตั้งแต่ 1 มกราคม 2013 / Thailand must ban the import of these substances since 1 January 2013 onwards.
